Our hygienist Amanda graduated hygiene school in 2022. Despite the challenges the Covid-19 pandemic brought, it grew her appreciation for infection control and caring for her patients in the safest environment possible in a way no other graduating class had experienced beforehand. After fulfilling her requirements for an Associate in Applied Science Degree, she went on to become licensed in Local Anesthesia administration and as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH). She is currently pursuing continuing education in myofunctional therapies as well as sleep disordered breathing and their clinical implementations. Amanda offers a fresh take and wide array of knowledge about different hygiene products, technologies and even holistic approaches to dental hygiene.
Along with her passion for the dental field, Amanda also loves spending time snowboarding. She spent 3 years as a snowboard instructor and has been enjoying that sport for over 13 years now.
